African food was never the problem.
For too long, African women have been told that losing weight means giving up the food they grew up on.
But the real issue isn’t our food — it’s the lack of knowledge, the misinformation and the systems that weren’t built with us in mind.
Unlearn The Diet is space to rewrite that narrative, where we build a healthier relationship with African food, health and your body — without giving up the culture and food we love.
