Thank you for visiting aykoagency.com and for applying for the AYKO Open Casting. This website is owned by AYKO Agency and is made available to you for informational purposes. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Condition and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you may not use this website.
AYKO Open Casting, UK – Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is: AYKO Creations Limited (company number 13657813) of 2 Tower House, Hoddesdon, Herts, EN11 8UR (the “Promoter”).
2. The title of the event is AYKO Agency Open Casting UK (the “Event”).
3. The Event will take place from 08:00 to 18:00 on Saturday 30 March 2024.
4. To be eligible to enter, each participant must complete the online Open Casting UK application form.
5. The Event is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
6. The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility if the Open Casting UK application forms (including submitted Polaroids) are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any online delivery failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of upload or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Event.
7. By submitting an Open Casting UK application form, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. Successful models from the Event will be selected at by representatives from AYKO Agency, no later than Wednesday 3 April 2024 (the “Announcement Date”).
9. AYKO Agency reserves the right to decide on the number of successful candidates, after the Event has concluded on Saturday 30 March 2024.
10. The Event is eligible models across the UK except:
a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Event or its administration; or
c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
d) anyone under the age of 18 years old.
16. In entering the Event, and complete the Open Casting UK application form, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Event.
17. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Event.
18. The prize will include being offered a contract by AYKO Agency as a model, for a defined period.
19. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
20. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
21. The decision of the panel of AYKO Agency representatives is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
22. The Promoter will contact all chosen models the 25 winners from info@aykoagency.com via the email addresses provided with the Open Casting UK application form on the Announcement Date. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the Open Casting UK application form has been submitted.
23. The chosen models will have two days from the Announcement Date to confirm their interest by responding to the Promoter’s email. If you do not respond to the email by this date, your place will become invalid.
24. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the chosen models. If a chosen model cannot be contacted or is not available or has not responded within 2 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the place to the next eligible entrant selected by the panel of AYKO Agency representatives, from entries that were received before the Closing Date.
25. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up your place.
26. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the chosen models or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the place except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
27. All Open Casting UK application entries and any accompanying material (e.g. Polaroids) submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
28. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the AYKO Agency Privacy Policy.
29. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Event.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Event where it becomes necessary to do so.
31. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
